These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Soixam ecosystem, including all applications, tools, platforms, and websites connected to your Soixam ID account.
By using any Soixam service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of them, you must immediately discontinue use of all Soixam-related services.
1. Scope of Services
The Soixam ecosystem provides a unified account (Soixam ID) to access various services.
Soixam is designed to be modular, privacy-focused, and accessible without the need for centralized identity verification.
2. Eligibility & Minimum Age
You must be at least 16 years old to use Soixam services. If you are under this age, you may only use the services with verifiable parental or guardian consent.
We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16.
Soixam does not verify the age or identity of users unless explicitly required.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse any Soixam service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Spamming, phishing, scamming or impersonating others.
- Publishing illegal or harmful content.
- Hosting or distributing malware or conducting DDoS attacks.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The content you upload, send, store, or share via Soixam.
- Securing your account credentials.
- Complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Soixam does not moderate private user activity but may act to remove content or suspend accounts in extreme cases.
5. Service Availability
Soixam services are provided "as is" and "as available," with no guarantees of uptime, reliability, or support. Features may change or be discontinued at any time, with or without notice.
6. Data Handling & Cooperation
We may store technical identifiers (e.g., IP address, device fingerprint) for system integrity and abuse prevention.
We may cooperate with government authorities or comply with lawful data access requests if such jurisdictions have direct operational influence over Soixam infrastructure or its contributors.
For example, if servers are hosted in a specific country, we may comply with relevant legal obligations tied to that infrastructure. Likewise, we may consider applicable laws affecting the individuals maintaining Soixam services.
Soixam remains a jurisdiction-neutral project with no declared legal entity, and all such requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7. Ownership & Licensing
All Soixam-developed content, software, and services are protected by copyright or licensing unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute materials without permission.
User-generated content remains under the intellectual ownership of the user who created it, unless otherwise stated in specific service terms.
However, storing content on Soixam infrastructure does not imply any obligation by Soixam to protect, preserve, or prove the ownership of such content to any third party. Soixam does not act as a legal intermediary in copyright or content disputes.
We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content hosted on our systems that violates our policies or is deemed harmful, without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Use of Soixam services is at your own risk. We disclaim any liability for damages, data loss, or legal issues resulting from service usage, downtime, or third-party interactions.
9. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of any Soixam service after changes are published implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Jurisdiction-Neutrality
Soixam does not publicly affiliate with any specific legal entity or country. Disputes, if any, shall be resolved informally or voluntarily. Use of the service does not constitute legal engagement with any centralized organization.
