No third-party or advertising cookies are implemented.
4. Access Boundaries
Soixam is designed with strict access boundaries. Your private content and credentials are not visible or accessible to Soixam.
Control over stored content and access credentials remains under user authority. Soixam has no capability to view or decrypt user data stored within encrypted features.
5. Data Disclosure
We do not disclose or share user data with any third party, unless:
- Required by verifiable legal requests that directly affect the operation of Soixam infrastructure or its contributors.
- Explicitly authorized by the user within a specific service context.
Requests are reviewed case-by-case, based on operational relevance and risk.
6. Your Rights
As a user, you retain the right to:
- Access and retrieve your stored data (where technically applicable).
- Manage your own credentials and recovery mechanisms.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to internal review, technical feasibility, and applicable legal constraints.
Users are solely responsible for the exposure of any data they intentionally publish or share via public-facing features.

Data is retained only as long as necessary for active use. Upon account deletion, data is promptly removed from active systems.
Once deletion is confirmed, data removal is typically processed within 7 business days unless otherwise delayed by technical constraints.
Non-identifiable logs may be preserved for audit and abuse prevention.
8. Legal Neutrality
Soixam does not operate under a declared legal entity or national affiliation. Compliance is evaluated based on infrastructure exposure, operational context, and ethical principles. No legal jurisdiction is presumed by using this service.
